The ‘Midi’ Weight Control Programme
The ‘Midi’ Weight Control Programme is for people who wish to reduce their weight by 1-3 stones. It is a six week programme that combines one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, personalised audio recordings and ‘homework’. Yes, you heard right! Although hypnotherapy can have a dramatic effect on some people with apparently little conscious effort, it is not magic and for most people it does need a degree of commitment.
Becoming slimmer is a “slow burn”. For weight loss to be healthy and sustainable, it should be around 1½-2lbs per week on the “Midi” Programme.
The ideal interval between the first two sessions is one week. Thereafter the interval can be longer depending on the amount of weight to lose and the kind of support you need. The typical duration of the “Midi” Programme is around 3 months from start to finish, though top up sessions are available.
